Access Bank's Treatment Of Contract Staff by Sunnyflower12: 12:27am On Dec 02, 2020
Though not fully confirmed, reports have it that one of the Tier 1 banks in Nigeria, Access Bank Plc is not treating its contract staff fairly. They carry out the same task and sometimes even more than the full staff, It's also reported that instead of the usual Christmas package of 1 full bag of rice and Vegetable Oil they have decided to hand that task over to the recruitment agencies to handle this Christmas but it is reported that these recruitment agencies give out small bags of rice equalling 8 Dericas of rice!!! And Access bank says it wants to be the African Bank of the world or something like that. I remember their CEO gave 1billion Naira to tackle covid-19 issues but to take care of contract staff workers who make that money for you is not possible, what a bank!!!
