Hello! We would like to conduct an informal housing survey, the results of which shall be applied to our low-to-mid income housing schemes in major cities around Nigeria. Who are we? A consortium of investors, with PPP's with several states around Nigeria, with the goal of providing 2000 homes per year for low and middle income earners, strategically focus on salaried government workers. As you know, affordable housing in Nigeria is at crisis stage, and we are trying to develop the right business model to help fill the gap. This business model would, amongst others, consider the right combination of price, profit, quality, location, mortgage facilities, resources, mortgage-to-earning ratio, distribution, etc. To do this effectively, we need the combined brainpower of Nairalanders!
