Please my good friends help me, I bought a belgium HP ELITEBOOK 8730W and am trying to lock it with my fingerprint, but it is telling me it didn't match with the previous one in it. So I believe dat the laptop was having a fingerprint ON it before I bought it. Please is there any way I can change dat old one and put my own. Thanks in advance |

go to there customer care center on there website or go to google on guide but if you can pay i will help you sought that. |
