who sat and watched my infant head when sleeping on my cradle bed and tears of sweet affection shed, my mother. when pain and sickness made me cry who gazed upon my heavy eyez and prayed from fear that I should die, my mother. I don't know how it feels to loose a mother but based on my imaginations if anything happens to my mom I'll probably end up in a mental home.

Your mum kept calling you with her number but you refused to pick her calls even when you knew she was sick. Mama said: Ebami pe omo mi" help me call my son. They said: "Mama kogbe phone" he's not picking his calls. And now the idiot is crying crocodile tear. People were even shaking their heads when he was saying that trash..... People were like "Se Omo le leyi sha?" Is this one a child? They have to break the door of his mother's room when the old woman refused to open the door only to discovered that she is dead. While Tribal bigots on Nairaland find pleasure in bashing other tribes, life goes on for sane people who are still finding love in other tribes and regions.

The mum is actually from Edo State, which makes the governor partly Niger Delta, partly Yoruba.

This woman did alot for me, she helped in changing my story. May her soul rest well with her creator in heaven. She was a very kind woman. Never knew seeing her won't come again as we discussed meeting in December during yuletide just two days to her demise.

What I can't understand is why the Governor's mum burial would become a state's affair. Using the state arcade for the wake keep, and Government's house as a backdrop should be condemned in the strongest term.

His mum burial should be a private affair for the Governor in a saner clime. Nigeria is a country where abnormalities are perfectly normals..
