Buhari may well be afraid of doing the right thing but there's something better for him; if he dare retain the service chiefs till May 29th 2021, I bet u, a terrible civil violations will occur across the length and breadth of this country. It'll so shake the country that VP Osibanjo will resign. Then the south will seek secession. And the north will support it choicelessly.
Then the National council of States will advice Buhari to step down, with Olusegun Obasanjo leading d team.
Meanwhile, as soon as Osibanjo resigns, buhari will shamelessly pick Amaechi or Chris Ngige as substitute. But then Nigeria will be so much in a mess that neither of d ministers would want to accept.
Crime will be more common than toyota camry, and police will be helpless.

Someone that do not agree to work harmoniously with the ground armies. His pride is second to none plus he's a shi'ite muslim. Infact it's one of the reasons why buhari is not trusting much of the military. The next Muslims top in ranks are majorly shi'ite and buhari believes that they may not be as loyal as d sunni guys not to talk of Christians. (Buhari is a sunni, u know). And u also know that as bigotry, tribalistic and nepotistic as buhari, he'd not like to step out of his circle of religion, tribe or region.
