NO ONE IS INDISPENSABLE
Some people are irreplaceable... Yes no one is indispensable but the impact and effect of some people in your life may never be forgotten.

There are people you'll encounter in life and after they've left you tends to remember them every time a particular thing happens because you've not seen another as good as them in that area.

I remember when Wizid left E.M.E, Banky W told him he'd replace him with someone better and wizkid rightly replied him with; "I'm irreplaceable"

The service, I want to provide technical supervision for the building stages. I will advise the builders as necessary and provide guidance in translating the design at construction stages.
This will include ensuring that the initial layout is down according to the design and structures are erected by the builders based on Architect’s design and i will also ensure that building materials are used for optimal cost effectiveness and highest quality.

As such I would also like to give you a quotation for the material to serve a guide for you

I will be able to work closely and professionally with the builders supplied. Same goes for any other artisans that will be employed at different stages of the project..my job will be to corordinate and provide them with technical support as required.
