Guys, do not let the mainstream media gaslight you concerning
the SCOTUS case filed by some Republicans in Pennsylvania.
Note that this is separate from the one filed by Texas now
joined by other States (more on that later).
The media is now GASLIGHTING people that the SCOTUS has
thrown out the case of these Republicans. They are
desperately doing their best to dampen the spirit of
Republicans.
That is simply not true. The case is still alive and well before
SCOTUS.
Yes, the SCOTUS has DENIED a big ask made by the
Republicans to "overturn" the election result in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The Apex Court denied the "emergency injunctive relief"
because it was too radical and would be unprecedented for a
Court to "overturn" the result of an election. But you need to
know that the substantive case is STILL PENDING before the
Court because it has not been heard on the merit.
The injunctive relief was denied by Justice Alito (and not by
the Full Court). Justice Alito denied the injunctive relief to
pave way for a determination of the case on the merit.
See photos 1 and 2 attached below.
Photo 2 is the injunctive relief denied.
In other words, for emphasis, the substantive case has not
been thrown out. Senator Ted Crus will still get to argue before
SCOTUS.
See this link to show that it is still on the Court's schedule;
https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=
%2Fdocket%2Fdocketfiles%2Fhtml%2Fpublic%2F20a98.html
Interestingly, the Republican Plaintiffs in their Appeal have
also asked the SCOTUS to ADVISE THEM ON OTHER RELIEFS
THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE TO THEM.
That general prayer or ask is what we should watch out for.
What reliefs would the SCOTUS be willing to grant if their case
succeeds on the merit?
SCOTUS could rule that the case succeeds on the merit and
then restore power to appoint Pennsylvania Electors back to
the Pennsylvania Legislature as per the US Constitution under
the Electors Clause instead of the Pennsylvania Secretary of
State.
Guys, this case is not over!
Immediately the news broke that SCOTUS has thrown out the
case in its entirety, I knew something wasn't right.
Why would SCOTUS accept to hear the case on the merit,
docket it and then dismiss it without a hearing?
It just didn't make any sense.
It didn't make sense because it never happened.
The case is still pending. The Court merely denied one radical
injunctive relief preliminarily. Period.
More information to come on the new States that joined Texas
in their lawsuit at the SCOTUS.

The one filed by TX AG who has been indicted on three federal security fraud cases is more ridiculous than this one and will be tossed.

One state in the US does not have standing in suing another state and questioning how they conductor their elections. PA Supreme Court is the Apex court in the land to interpret PA state law and they said no violation occurred period!

Moreso Paxton is using US constitutional provisions meant for US House and Senate in his filing before SCOTUS.

Plus, Paxton is alleging that the four swing States votes should be overturned and invalidated because officials other than those State lawmakers make changes to their election laws because of COVID.....but the idiot left out the fact that TX is also guilty of the same offense because the Governor of TX extended voting hours, extended ballot return days and not TX law makers.

Also, Paxton did not file any case, he is asking SCOTUS for a leave to file his case and they will summarily tell him NO SIR YOU CAN’T file this crap here.

Paxton is filing is merely an audition to Trump to get a federal pardon for his three indictments. The guy is a lawyer, and know very well that each US State is a federating unit and no other state can come in and tell them how to run things or how to elect their presidential electors.

The red quote should have summarised the whole legal shenanigans and circus being displayed by Trump, Gulianni and Powell. You wrote a long irrational epistle but still came to a logical conclusion. No court in the US would overturn the result of an election, not to talk of overturning the election in over 4 states.

SUPREME COURT PUTS TEXAS CASE ONTO ITS DOCKET AS
ELECTION DEADLINES APPROACH
by Kevin Ryan
Multiple states have begun issuing statements of support for
the lawsuit filed by Texas that seeks to stop electors from
being appointed in four states. The lawsuit — filed directly with
the U.S. Supreme Court — alleges that election procedures in
Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin violated the
Constitution, tainting the integrity of votes in those states and
debasing votes in states that did not violate the Constitution.
Realizing that several deadlines are approaching for states to
commit electors, Texas says that the court has the power to
delay such dates, and “the only date that is mandated under
the Constitution is January 20, 2021,” referring to inauguration
day.
The lawsuit contends that the defendants:
• Violated the Electors Clause by improperly changing their
voting procedures through judicial or executive action, NOT
through legislation.
• Violated the Equal Protection Clause by effectively allowing
different election rules and procedures in different counties
within the states.
According to the lawsuit:
“Certain officials in the Defendant States presented the
pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws regarding
absentee and mail-in voting. The Defendant States flooded
their citizenry with tens of millions of ballot applications and
ballots in derogation of statutory controls as to how they are
lawfully received, evaluated, and counted.
“Whether well intentioned or not, these unconstitutional acts
had the same uniform effect—they made the 2020 election
less secure in the Defendant States. Those changes are
inconsistent with relevant state laws and were made by non-
legislative entities, without any consent by the state
legislatures. The acts of these officials thus directly violated
the Constitution.
“By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only
tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but their
actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff
State and other States that remained loyal to the
Constitution.”
Texas is asking the Supreme Court for an injunction to halt the
appointment of electors, and to allow the results to be
reviewed by state legislators, who under the Constitution have
the power to appoint electors themselves. Republicans control
all four state legislatures.
The court “can delay the [December 14] deadline for the
appointment of presidential electors… The only date that is
mandated under the Constitution is January 20, 2021,” the
Texas lawsuit says.
The attorneys-general of Arkansas, Alabama, and Louisiana
have issued statements of support for Texas case today.
The Supreme Court has placed the motion on the docket, but
has yet to adjudicate.

Get your facts right! The court only rejected the emergency Injunctive bid, to stop certification, not the case itself. Trump's Lawyer clarified that. Besides, Texas and 9 other states have filed a new case with the Supreme Court yesterday to throw out Joe Biden's fraudulent win in Wisconson, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Georgia

The case is tossed, stopping the certification was the relief been sort, hence Justice Alito moved the time PA have to response from Wednesday to Tuesday 9am...because Wednesday 8th is the safe habit date.

Any State that certifies her election by the safe harbor date is guaranteed by federal laws to be considered as true and authentic, no questions asked....PA, GA, WI, AZ, etc have all certified their elections, so you can take it to the bank no lawsuit or dispute can undo them period!

On Monday next week Electors will meeting at each state capital in US to cast their electoral college vote for Biden, all these court cases are just side shows and are still ‘on going’ for Trump to keep getting donations.

Election fraud evidence is abundant, but yet non could be presented in court.

These are the words of Trump's Campaign lawyer Mr. Langhofer before a judge:
“This is not a fraud case, We are not alleging fraud. We are not saying anyone is trying to steal the election.”

Why not present your self and your evidence before the Trump campaign, I am sure they will pay millions of dollars to you for it.

The GOP case in PA even have standing and merit than another TX trying to argue that they have some type of say on how elections is Governored in another federating State.

Stay turned, the TX case will be tossed max on Friday and on Monday state electors will officially vote elect Biden.

Though after SCOTUS tossed the case on Friday, over the weekend expect Trump to start tweeting that state electors should vote for him....na! they will not and after they elect Biden on Monday...Trump will take his cries to Congress and state tweeting that, they should toss electors votes....but congress hand is tied because of the safe harbor laws, even Mike Pence who is Trump personal person and who will chair the joint session of Congress to tabulate the state electors would even be able to help him just like the 6 conservative Supreme Court judges are not able.

What you are hearing is PA Supreme Court. The case was not totally dismissed! The emergency injunctive relief was....

Just twelve hours after it was filed, the US Supreme Court has officially put Texas's lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin on the docket, meaning the case will be heard.

This PA case was denied because much of what was in it was also in the larger case that Texas and 10+ other states filed. So instead of wasting time on the smaller case the larger case will be heard.

The case was put on the Docket at the United States Supreme Court, where Texas will sue a number of states for conducting "Constitutionality Unlawful Elections", and corrupting a Federal Election.

Again, they are not going to rule on the injunction. The case is still pending. In a nut shell, Texas and other states have suits filed against the five problem states. We are better then good.

All these cases are meant to keep YOU, the voters in a state of confusion. Look at the bigger picture, we want a bigger and bolder case, Using entire states holds up better ...And ten other states are joining Texas. The fraud in PA MI WI AZ affects ALL US citizens.

And to clear the air...

We do not want Martial law. If anything, ..insurrection act needs to come forth first!

And....

Thank God that Ted Cruz is in this fight helping President Trump and his TEAM. Rudy will be back soon.

Ladies and gentlemen relax, get the popcorn ready, and get your favorite drinks lined up. You will see the art of the deal by our President and his team, Sidney Powell and Texas. At their best fighting for the American people.

so what's d difference in what u typed and what he meant?

Receiving a filing do not mean they will hear it. Like the case they rejected today, it was received but they refused to hear it.

The PA case was also put in the docket, go look it up.

TX and the other states have no case, it will be tossed, bookmark this post and come on Friday.

SCOTUS is bound by the constitution and status of the US. They don’t make laws at the SCOTUS, they only interpret them.

Anyone can file papers at the SCOTUS asking them to command rain to come out of desert and that honey should start falling from the skies.

Safe harbor date is governor by the Electoral Count Act of 1887, go look it up, you might learn a thing or two. That date have passed, it was December 8th.

US status 3 USC 7 states:

“The electors of President and Vice President of each State shall meet and give their votes on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December next following their appointment at such place in each State as the legislature of such State shall direct.”

That date is December 14th, SCOTUS does not have the power to change it, it is the law...they will interpret the law and tell you the law...but you can ask them to change it, they can’t...it is the job of Congress to make and change laws and not SCOTUS’.
