Reports gathered on Tuesday reveal that the police opened fire on a group of protesters alleged to be Shiites.

There are reports that there is a religious tussle between the Shiites religious group headed by Al Zakzakki and the Sunni which is headed by the leading president of the country.

Although both religious beliefs are of the same Islamic religion, they equally have their differences and this is what has led to the war among them, after Zakzakki the religious leader of the Shiites was arrested by PMB last year.
