Bayern Munich (their recent form not encouraging tho)
Liverpool (Leipzig already failed the Manchester United test once, and badly too... A complete Klopp team will devastate them)

Juventus (this is not even up for discussion; who be Porto?)
Man City (that German outfit failed the Madrid test woefully)
Real Madrid (Atalanta's consistency has been terribly shocking, to say the least).

I agree with a lot of your points, and concede that this season is unusually strange and unpredictable.

Still, these are early days. Most top teams are still grappling with an unusual start to the season E.g Madrid, Man United, Liverpool, Bayern, Juventus, etc... By January, a lot of them would have found their rhythm.

The ones flying high now will eventually fizzle out or run out of steam like Milan, Sociedad, Leverkusen, Spurs, etc (I actually hope not as I like how things are going).

My predictions are based on experience, which is what those listed teams have to their credit especially with regards to European football... It was this lack of experience that made Olé fail woefully when he had already more or less won that group.
