My battle with mansturbation hasn't been easy, it is something I lapse into after efforts to free out from it, it hasn't been easy at all for me. I do believe I have to will power to stop, but sometimes I just see myself doing it. Most times just doing it even whilst not feeling Hot. I believe I have the will power and I'll enforce it. I think the first point of call for someone like me to defeat this is by first learning how to distance myself from my phone. That's something I should and must learn how to do. |
