But since border closure on some products to give way for local production, has anything changed? U don't put the cart before the horse in the name of support for local manufacturers. U know how many farmers that lost their lives right on the farm. The farm is not safe for any farmer. Right now, majority of this so called farmers have turned to okada riders in the city, when the farm is no longer safe for farming.

Why are they being reopened now? What information or data prompted the reopening?
During the closure, what gains were made and did they meet the reason for closure?
Will there be future closures? Why? What are the indices that will prompt such closures of leaving them open as the case may be.
