Secondly, ada has clearly outlined support and resistance zones.... It's sensible to only buy at support.

why don't you check out your broker.

Check your email, you used in signing up with the broker, they normally send passwords after the live account is opened.

oh no. Well if you can get hold of the broker's email, may be you can send them a mail pertaining the issue.

Or your account officer, as some brokers do attached account officer to live account.
