I just recovered from Typhoid and I've really lost weight due to the incessant purging coupled with the loss of appetite.  Christmas is in a week and I want to regain my weight  Pls what can I take to regain my weight ASAP ? |

jaysmallz: Eat 4 to 5 small 'meaningful' meals a day. Eat fruits. Take Pumpkin leaves extract (ugu) + Milk Celibate. Get enough sleep. |

Astymin cod liver oil, enough rest, fruits and protein filled stuff helped me recover. |
