idinaija: This can be quite frustrating. I am sorry you are going through this. Thank you for your patience. If the account is registered to a phone number you no longer have access to, it might be easiest to close the account and open a new account with current information. Once the account is closed, you'd have the option to open a new account with the same email address. If you'd like to request the account is closed, please send an email to 'askpaypal@paypal.com' from your PayPal registered email. Make sure to include that you are giving PayPal permission to close the account on your behalf. We look forward to assisting you further. Once you have completed that action, you will receive a confirmation mail of your account closure. Secondly, you may decide to contact PayPal on call to verify your identity. Here's how you can call PayPal: If you go to your PayPal page at the bottom there is an option for Help & Contact. If you go there, you will be able to see an option to call customer support. You have to choose the option Call as a guest and it will show you paypal customer service number and available hours. There is also an option to call PayPal without logging in. However, if you have any difficulties in locating the contact number, please get back to me with the country that you set up your account in and I will be happy to provide you with the correct phone number. Mickolad: I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this. I would like to make you understand the reason why your payments are always on hold. Your account is a new account and according to Paypal policy, your payments will be placed on hold for 21 days before it can be transferred to your balance if there is no issue with the transaction. The more money/payment you receive with no disputes or charge-backs, the system removes the hold and your funds become available instantly when you receive a payment I hope you understand. |
