They are not real estate anything.

They are marketers and invite both those that applied or someone who needs job desperately.

Don't risk your career with them!!

I have a relative that works there, and she is doing well.

I think the only issue is the absence of a basic salary. What I mean is...

As a sales executive with Oxford, monthly sales validate salary. So no sale means no salary...

Logically, it is understandable because if you apply for the position of a marketer and you believe in your ability to deliver sales, I see no reason for you to doubt whether you will get paid as sales validate salary like I earlier said.

They have offices in major states in Nigeria, and you can be sure that the hundreds of staff they have are not fools.

I am not a marketer as I studied Electrical Electronics, but I will tell you not to allow someones inability to make progress in life to hinder you from attempting success.

As I said, I have an aunt there...

And I de see how she de ball...

Like you said "Absence of salary" which is very basic!(dont make it look not too much of a big deal)my thread talks of their insincerity and how they lure people from far states to travel to their offices for interview claiming basic salary of 200k+commission and an official car until you get there then you are told there is no basic salary nor allowance of whatsoever. Is that not totally misleading to you?
If you have a family to cater for you will understand how too much of a slavery that kind of job is.

Oga what are you even saying Why was strickly on commission not on the job advert ?

This was why I ignored the job. I knew it was fake, you pay me 200k a month because all your family members are fully employed, lol.. if it was real don't you guys think these pelple will call their family members to apply? Do you honestly think they will send you a job invite? . Even oil companies that pays in millions will never place that much salary on their job advert page.

I knew it was just to lure people to apply, I never did, infact I laughed when I saw 200k as salary. I'm sure some of the facilitators have never earned 200k as monthly pay in their life and that was why it was so easy to just pick an amount and add to the job advert. Silly people..

The job I apllied for via LinkedIn said basic is 150k.while I was having interview with them via zoom, I was asked to tell them how I will bring 500Million for the company on a monthly basis..

Every body should work on being self employed, that's all.

Thanks for creating this thread. I almost fell for their trap when I saw their 200k salary. However my instinct decided otherwise. Later I got more suspicious as to why to keep advertising for same role

There is no need for this epistle... How will you promise a salary of N200k just to lure people in, when you know very well that the job is based on commission. That alone shows they lack integrity. They are fraudsters!!!!

Re: Insincerity Of Oxford Group by ajanxx(m): 5:08pm On May 30, 2021
It's a total waste of time, the same thing I was told about a year ago, no mine was even 250k with titles like "Executive Investment Manager".Mumu me felt wow this is the real deal, studied all night for a possible GT maths and apptitide test. It was during the interview with well over 80 people we were told "no salary" you earn when you sale. The moderators (I dare not call them HR) even boosted that they carry out recruitment every blessed day, meaning the know their scams wouldn't be swallowed by majority of the candidates, so the best option is to keep scamming for larger numbers.
People are beginning to know their tricks in Lagos reasons why they send interview appointment to candidates from other states.
