It is having sex with minor irrespective of gender but the society most times tend to regard is a non issue when the minor is male. Even here on NL many males who had sexual contacts with adult females when they were minors themselves tend to trivalize the sexual crime against them by hailing themselves of being "studs" even as minors and also do get "hailed" by other male members.

Still talking about minors, sexual offences prosecution tends to be discriminating against the boy child where both the boy and girl involved in the sexual act are minors, the girl is being regraded as the victim while the boy, the abuser.
