Mr. Sylva was appointed minister in August 2019, the letter is dated June, 2019. I'm sure that letter headed was printed at the commencement of that fiscal year and would ordinarily carry Ibe Kachikwu as minister and board chair(NCDMB), Who stopped being minister bare two weeks before the dated letter. I think it is genuine also for reason that every other board members name on the letter headed is correct.

This has shone a new light on this recruitment. if only 150 will be selected then no merit involved.

All that test was simply to follow due process.

Oh well, ever since the second test, I have zeroed my mind to getting this kind of job. Will be pleasently suorised if any positive outcome cones.

I believe it follows that the waiver is not for this current recruitment but for a previous one of 2019. If it had anything to do with this one, it would not have appeared in the dailies in the first place.
