guys, pls i need your help as concerns my voter's card. i applied for and registered for my voter's card but on the day i was to collect it, i traveled as a result of an emergency, and the whole registration had closed. pls how do i go about collecting it because i really want to exercise my civic right during this strategic period in the nations. pls any suggestions? cos i dont know what to do.

During the last elections, voters without a voters card but whose names were on the voters register were allowed to vote on presenting a valid means of identification. Now recall that the last voters register had no pictures for voter identification so i expect it to be even easier to vote this time without having a voters card. BTW, so you too one vote?
