All those problems u mentioned from kidnapping, bad governance, fraud etc are not spiritual problems, so why do u want him to solve it spiritually? We all brought these upon ourselves so we shouldn’t expect God to fix it unless we change our ways.

The solution to all these is in d bible. Jesus says love ur neighbour as urself. If I love my neighbour I won’t ever think of kidnapping him or taking his/ her life.
