I made a decision some weeks back to open an account with Betwinner after seeing there promo online. I open an account and made a first deposit of 55,000 and I was given a welcome bonus of 55,000 naira. However I discovered that this welcome bonus would have to be placed five times.
I decided to try my luck. I placed the qualify bet successfully and moved to the bonus.


Fortunately for me I was able to wager the bonus five times and generated up to 300,000 naira but surprisingly Betwinner only credited my main account with 55, 000. I was shocked and decided to contact there customer service, I was told that irrespective of the profit in your welcome bonus after placing the bonus five time. It is only the bonus amount that would be added to your main account.


It is very important to note that this was hidden when I was registering my account.

With this insincerity, I decided to withdraw my funds and the company started another wahala. I was told to provide a copy of my international passport, which I did. I was told to send a photo of my debit card which I have done and now I was told to send a selfie holding my ID card near my face.


Also next should be the computer ( or mobile device) where they can see my inbox messages from security department which I have done and the company still keeps frustrating.
The last mail that I received is that the selfie should exceeds 1MB. I don't even know how to solve this issue the company is just frustrating.


Please I need you candid advice and ways to resolve this issue, this is deliberate from Betwinner. Everyone should stay off from this platform.
