DNA tests are not even offered at all for a birth certificate.
You only go the extra mile by yourself to do one before your name is on the certificate if you want to (if you're not married to the mother).
Infact, their laws are even funny in the US in such a way that if you are married to a woman, even if you both know the pregnancy is not yours, you are more or less automatically made the father on the birth certificate. You will be forced to financially support that child too btw.
