Silver Package: Acquire half acre of our farmland for as low as N400,000 and pay N500,000 for Farm Management Fees (this covers clearing, cultivation of land for planting, cost of suckers, fumigation, fertilizer, irrigation, security, labour cost and insurance of farm land for 3 years) with a total Investment of N400,000 + 500,000 = N900,000

Returns Payment Structure:

1st   Year (12 Months) =     N200,000
2nd   Year (1st 6 Months) = N250,000
2nd   Year (2nd 6 Months) = N250,000
3rd   Year (1st 6 Months) = N250,000

Return Payment Structure:
