It's a good one if other ethnic group can give can be generous like that to accommodate such. I know there are idomas and igalas in Igbo eze north in Enugu state and are indigenous to Enugu but are treated like strangers without any recognition. Hope the Ezza will pass message to their kits and Kin in ebonyi and Enugu to extend same to indigenous idomas in their respective states .
From history whatever had caused this migration should be put aside and people should be re integrated like the idomas are doing to the Ezza people now. Historically they came to farm due to fertile arable lands for natives and they settled down peacefully with the natives they really deserve integration.

Ndewo unu umu-Igno gburu gburu.

I humbly want to correct this notion or attitude of the Ezza People trying to use the Igbo identity to install themselves in Benue State and other settlements claiming indegeneous in a community that accommodated them as tenants. Among the Igbo communities in southeast Nigeria, please do well to consult those who accommodated them as tenants to learn what the outcomes became..!!!

Within our own Igbo settlements, recall how this nomadic People go around causing problems in other Igbo communities dragging indegeneous lands that accommodated them as they claim indegeneous to them. This was the case in Nkanu, Ani Iri, Agwu and Nike communities in Enugu; Ezillo and Umuhali communities and Ikwo and Effium communities in Ebonyi state; and now Benue communities. Hmmmmm

Becareful how these people cover up their expansionist agenda in disguise of Igbo identity, and I keep asking how they the Ezza even became Igbo?? Surely Ndi-Igbo are peace-lovers and are not known to be land grabbers and aggressive expansionist against their own people in a modern world. Look at how they are fighting over our land in Ani-Iri LGA Enugu state where I'm from. Look at other part of Igboland and non-Igbo communities where they settle as tenants!

If there are indegeneous Igbo in Benue, there are border communities such as Izzi, Ngbo, Effium and others in Idomaland who would better identify with the Igbos and not the Ezzas from Onu-Eke in Ebonyi central.

To keep the record straight, Ezza People are not and will not be indegeneous in Benue State or in other Igbo communities that are not there's, because their original home is at Ezza South, a piece of land chiefly given to their progenitor.

So please be watchful and know what you are supporting for even you will not want to have an Ezza occupying a piece of your communities.
