Big Brother Naija reality star, Alex Asogwa, better known as Alex Unusual, has taken to social media and advised that one should be around people who tell you what you need to hear and not those who tell you what you want to hear.

Alex Unusual, who recently stormed the home of Tacha to celebrate her 25th birthday with her said for one’s upward mobility, one should be around people that rebuke them when necessary and tell them the truth and not those who tell you what you want to hear.

According to her, one should keep around those who support them but don’t hold back on telling you those things you try to block your conscience from pointing out.

Those friends are the ones that are different from the people that make constant effort to talk you down hence you don’t need to be around those who tell you only what you want to hear. She added.
