Spot on. In politics, you sometimes need to do what it takes to get into power without which all your lofty ideas about governance comes to nought.

You said it all when you gave Buhari's example. In times past, Buhari will not touch the likes of Tinubu with a long pole but until he realised that without such people, it will be difficult to get into power. Now he is a 2-term President.

Moghalu should keep reaching out to every part of the country. But I doubt if he will achieve much outside PDP or APC unless he is part of a strong third force that is yet to emerge and whose possibility is dwindling by the day. Good luck to him.
