In our bet9ja whatsap group yesterday our member brought a complaint about his customer who won 9 million last year in bet9ja and has won 100 million this year in betbonaza after playing in betbonaza he played in bet9ja and bet9ja has payed this customer millions of winnings without stories but betbonaza has refused to pay and said the game was fixed. So the shop owner brought the case to our bet9ja group seeking for help for his friend pls what can be done?

I can't. The only persons who can help is a lawyer. He has to sue the company. The lawyer will prepare legal documents and Sue the company. That's the only way to get the money out. And it may take as much as 2 to 3 years o

Companies have different things they can bear. Different leverage. The company can't afford it unlike bet9ja

but if he had played N1billion naira with the company and lost, won't the company have accepted it? Now that he won, u are accusing him of greed, please be objective in your judgement, all these gamblers don t win everytime, for the few times they win, the betting companies should always do the needful. I know of friends that have never won even though they still keep playing, they look addicted to playing, despite continuous losses.
