Honestly the referees have been doing quite well in the 20/21 NPFL season but I believe this penalty call given in favour of Kwara United against Akwa United might be an exception.
The player clearly kicks the ball with his foot barely off the ground. At least that's what I think. How do you guy feel?

To be fair I had to look at it in slow motion. It was probably hard to tell at normal speed

guy forget matters, dt p.k would hardly be given in top European leages..mayb d reff didnt see it clearly n no VAR to assit him
