I am also of the opinion that this burst came up as a result of the two sides not agreeing to an increase in daily, weekly or monthly levies imposed by group A (which happens everywhere in the world not just here) leading to a disagreement because group B suddenly realised that group A I being greedy and if they don't curtail it at this point the levies will continue going up constantly and eating into their profits.
