Can someone please explain what these spam messages are all about? When you see like 5,000 comments on high traffic Facebook pages, nearly half of them are spam messages like this, most of them associated with Nigerian phone numbers.

This gives government reason to pursue SIM registration more vigorously so these scammers can be identified
