Because of some face lifting you say we will get there.
We are getting nowhere.
If that is your prayer for you and your family, may God grant it on your behalf.
As for good, positive minded and sane Nigerians, we will get there.
And next time, kindly check the moniker you are quoting before bringing any negative vibes around....okay?

Laudable but small in my opinion. This project was initiated by the GEJ administration and completed by the Buhari administration. Regardless of party politics we must appreciate that government is a continnum. From the rail projects to the roads and the airport terminal (Abuja and Lagos) we commend both guys for the initiative. However in all, Buhari has ruined this country for the next president. Now we find ourselves in a situation where we have to sell national assets or borrow depositors money to fund the 2021 budget.

It is small. Poorly designed as Lagos Airport International Terminal that is supposed to server as West Africa Aviation Hub.

The Project started under GEJ but very political. MMIA2 constructed by Wale Babalakin's company - Bi - Courtney caused a lot of envy and problems leading to the violation of the terms of agreement with Obj government by GEJ government when Stella Odua was the Aviation Minister. That led to the building of Terminal at various Airports in Nigeria using MMIA2 concept as yardstick. Ordinarily, under a well conceived new International Terminal for Lagos, that design should not have been chosen. We are happy at least, something good is happening.

Shame , let's just pray Ghanaians don't come here and post their KIA Airport Photos.

This is warehouse not airport

You are right. That project was political. It was not well conceived and planned. Under GEJ, the Minister and government only looked at MMIA2 and moved to build new terminals across the country. Lagos International Airport Terminal does not deserve that building.

Nigerians are the strangest set of people honestly, we love reading bad news from the country than good news, always eager to drag the country down at every given opportunity, type news from Nigeria on the internet and read the comments ,you'll cry ! We've forgotten Nigeria is never about Buhari, APC or PDP, you cry about non securing a job while your comments on the internet can drive a potential investors away, you cried about the tourism industry, while you hides behind your phone and type many unprintable words about your nation! If this terminal was built in Ghana or any country , you'll be surprised how they'll be quick to commend the project and compare with Nigeria, but it's built in Nigeria you'll read irritating comments from many that has vowed never to be happy when there's good news from the country ! Nawa for una o
I see your point bro...but I think the current anger against Nigeria wasn't there before. Something happened in the past few years to make many people... especially from SS and SE axis to despise the country. The people who truly love the country should ask what happened and how can it be fixed

Open your eyes man, this is a Chinese built and sponsored project. It's even embarrassing that we are boasting of an airport terminal built by another country which took 10 years to complete and see it as "progress".

While the same China is already planning on moon colonisation, that is after they colonise Africa.

There's no need to ask any questions, what you claimed is wrong is all over the internet, and they've (the regions you mentioned) choose their path and they are deep into it. I hope it would actually give them what they desire or worsen it, time will surely tells

[quote author=tunwumi post=98107860]Good picture. What does it look like after 10years.

This is what's on my mind... Maintenance culture is missing in this country... I'm sure the first one that's built looked awesome at first.

The disgusting and dumb comments in the comment section is why I don't feel sorry for some of you stupid fools when you get treated like trash in some African countries. The lack of patriotism is why even ghana people treat Nigerians like crap cos some stupid unfortunate bastards have gone there to run mouth and talk down on their own country. If it's was ghana or even Senegal that built something like this you'd see stupid people from Nigeria hyping the Place and going there to take pictures like village idiots embarrassing themselves even some dumb celebrities.

Nigeria didn't even build it, China did. If Nigeria built it by themselves it would be just like 4th mainland bridge, a nonexistent project.

We don't even have a single aircraft for the fictional Nigerian Airways but you're celebrating this

Anybody still talking about patriotism for a project like this is simply ignorant.

So, what century does it meet up with? Why are some people so covenanted with evil that they see nothing good in any good?

Why can't an amazing structure be designed? This looks very simple.

What design would you have preferred? Can you share a draft with us here? Seems there’s something you know that no one else know....

They won't realise the damage they are doing until buhari leaves office ,they let the Loss of election take away their sanity.....

The internet never forgets ,when their person hopefully gets there in 10 years time ,the internet will remind then of how they never saw anything good in their country

You are right, Nigeria is the best country in the world. Better than Germany, America The UK and Japan combined.

Countries from all over Africa are just jealous of our security, clean and safe roads, constant electricity, clean water and religious tolerance.

If only Nigerians would just shut up and say nothing about the state of the country.

In infrastructure, Buhari is better than Nigeria’s leader from the time of the greedy white colonial masters to the first indegenous leaders after independence, and to date. Buhari is an infrastructure freek. His name will be written in Gold.

However, if a Major General cannot provide security for his people, then he is a major failure. His name that is is written in Gold for infrastructure will also be written in Blood for killing his own people by not providing security when he is supposed to be a security expert.

u r right but if you ask me whats the point having 21st century structure and 19th century service, i'd rather have it contrariwise........unfortunately Nigeria will offer u both structure and service of 19th century standard

Hatred, bitterness and anger leads to depression and suicide. You are at depression stage, watch yourself before you move to suicide level.
