We just got notified today that cement here now is 4,100.

We actually bought 3,000 before we commenced. About 17 days ago.

Its really ridiculous what cement distributors are doing to building owners since October last year.

We started this project, with A ton of iron for 265K... As at today. Same ton is 325K...

With the inflation rate in Nigeria today.
One can't be definite in responding to any estimate or sign off any run off contract these days.

However, going by an average design. You should expect to spend 4 - 7m to Caracas respectively.

Currently, we have an estimate only from foundation to decking stage due to the rising cost and inflation rate in Nigeria today. We decided to go this way on this particular project.

Foundation to Decking was estimated for 9m Naira. Also on this project. Procurement is done by client.

We are rounding up iron works and MEP on decking

Finally we have succeeded in doing the concrete works...

Vibration of Beams for Good Curing

We kept working till late evening and into the night but we had our plans for that already before night came on us.

We had to change mixer coz one broke down. We weren't deterred.

We used 180 Bags of Cement for this Task. Over 250Sqm of concrete slab and beams.

We did our usual wetting routine in the morning for over 30mins the entire slab.
