Being shy with all what it represents have actually puzzled poets, philosophers, scientist and all form of categorized beings for decades.





Also referred to as diffidence according to Wikipedia is the feeling of apprehension, lack of comfort or awkwardness especially when a person is around other people and it commonly occurs in new situation or with unfamiliar people. It is often characterized with people with low self-esteem.



In every day life where we get to meet somebody for the very first time especially when we hope that the meeting could bring about a desire relationship, it is only natural we look our best. But at this very moment being shy comes into the picture to let us down.



Shyness can also refer to as the imprisonment of the heart, mind and thought and one who has never suffered from shyness before would definitely have no idea about how deliberating it is most especially for one in the professional line of duty. It hides one away from public situation in the process keeping one from speaking up due to anxiety.
