This shows there isn't avenue to steal public funds in those areas that's why citizens in these parts of US don't see any fuse about fighting for polictical office, unlike in Nigeria where politicians kill each other to be elected into political positions.

Electoral process and politics in Nigeria is fraud and corruption personified.
