Do you think it is possible to apply for example Finland student visa and another country for example Belguim student visa at the same time? Since courses resume mostly September /October In case student visa in Finland is rejected, one could study at another country? |

The main issue here will be your passport, the first embassy I believe will keep hold of it until decision is given on your application. |

You need to submit your passport to each embassy and they'll hold it for quite sometime so no, I don't think what you're proposing is possible. |
