Hence forth I think NPF officers should carry pistols which they must only draw if the situation requires. Ak-47 upwards should be left with Tactical teams, which they must use if only when called upon for operations

When I see accidental discharge I weep, can a drunk officer who should know the code of conduct of his profession be said to release his bullets accidentally?
