Lol. People are not moving to lagos anymore. House rent in lagos is average of 1m per year. Lets even forget buying houses. No more space in lagos. People are loving to ib enmasse now. Ibadan is the capital of western nigeria and is the fastest growing city in Nigeria today. I love my city.

Jericho even better pass Aerodrome,

CaptainPrice1:
They usually call Ibadan brown roof city, but many of them don't know that Ibadan is one among the fastest developing state in Nigeria. If you have money for real estate, It's advisable to go to Ibadan or Abeokuta. IMO! Aerodrome estate is the most expensive place in Ibadan.

I heard that fulani herdsmen are selling lands in Oyo forests and the lands are cheaper than what yorubas sell them. Is it better to buy from fulani herdsmen?

Because you come from a place where your place is not accessible by car. We have seen your likes on Nairaland.

What about Jericho/ Idi ishin/ Elebu/ Oluyole

Bro I don't think you truly know top locations in ibadan.

How is Moniya that is 45% village a top location in ibadan, Alabata town that was dusty roads and a big village just few years ago.

Moniya, Omi Adio, Ido town, Alabata town are all developing areas that were once large villages/mini towns in ibadan about a decade ago.

Hopefully the new railway will open these areas to development.

Baba this is far from accurate.

How can he miss out Oluyole that houses 45% of industry in Ibadan plus MTn office and a shopright mall

And the prices of lands are not accurate, land is way more expensive than that in ibadan now.
