After viewing the actual video, I confirmed that the boy was wrongly accused and charged. If you Look in the mirror at the headboard of the bed, you will see a reflection of the old man receiving what looked like a BJ. Confirming the video was real and authentic. There was no editing anywhere.

Do you even know what the penalties are for each of those offences?

This is obviously a soft landing negotiated to give each party an out.
