Job Details
Prepare, Cut, Trim and/or Package consumer-sized portions of meat for use or sale in retail establishments.
Prepare special cut of meat as ordered by customers.
Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats such as beef, pork, poultry, and fish for preparation as meat in cooking form.
Assist to achieve department budgeted sales and profit target.
