There are many phobias in the world, from funny ones to scary ones. Personally, I never hard any one close to me suffering from any phobia. But for me whenever I check my wallet or account and discover that I got nothing inside that is when I will start developing symptoms of phobia. A phobia is a type of anxiety disorder that causes an individual to experience extreme, irrational fear about a situation, living creature, place, or object. The following are some of the phobias: 1. Claustrophobia: Fear of being in constricted, confined spaces 2.Aerophobia: Fear of flying 3.Arachnophobia: Fear of spiders 4.Driving phobia: Fear of driving a car 5.Emetophobia: Fear of vomiting 6.Hypochondria: Fear of becoming ill 7. Erythrophobia: Fear of blushing 8.Aquaphobia: Fear of water 9. Acrophobia: Fear of heights 10. Blood, injury, and injection (BII) phobia: Fear of injuries involving blood 11. Escalaphobia: Fear of escalators 12. Achluophobia - Fear of darkness 13.Algophobia - Fear of pain 14.Androphobia - Fear of men 15. Arithmophobia - Fear of numbers 16. Atelophobia - Fear of imperfection 17. Atychiphobia - Fear of failure 18. Bibliophobia - Fear of books 19. Cynophobia - Fear of dogs 20. Cacophobia - Fear of ugliness 20.Hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia - Fear of long words 21. Lockiophobia - Fear of childbirth 22. Obesophobia - Fear of gaining weight 23.
