Job Brief

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic intern with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with the MD.

To be successful as an Intern, you should have an entrepreneurial mind, good communication skills, and a willingness to take on new challenges.


Responsibilities

1. Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed.
2. Recruitment analysis.
3. Assist in preparing information and research materials.
4. Copywriting, and building presentation slides.
5. Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms; update company calendars.
6. Organize, schedule, and attend meetings.
7. Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage files.
8. Manage databases and input information, data, and records.
9. Run general work-related errands.
10. Attend company functions and networking events.
11. Update and post supervised social media and website content; respond to web correspondence, social media posts, and emails.
12. Perform all other tasks as assigned.


Intern Requirements:

1. BSc in English.
2. Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6. Ability to work with little or no supervision.
7. Cope well under pressure.
8. Work remotely.
