An unidentified motorcyclist was crushed to death in a fatal accident that occurred in Umuazu Nteje in Anambra State on Friday, January 22, IgbereTV reports.

A statement released by the Public Education Officer for Anambra State Sector of FRSC, Edor Florence N.(SRC) said that the accident happened between Udoka Nwoya, the driver of Mercedes Benz Tipper with registration number XA 156 EFR, and the unidentified motorcycle rider without registration number at about 11.10am

Edor identified excessive speeding as the cause of the traffic crash that involved two male adults.

She said the motorcyclist was taken to Chira hospital Awkuzu where he was confirmed dead by the doctor on duty and his body deposited at Wisdom Mortuary Nteje.

I would have easily blamed the tipper driver for recklessness, but considering how these okada riders drive these days, I'll rather blame the okada man.

Those guys behave as though they have spare lives stashed away somewhere pending when it will come in handy.

A friend of mine killed one with his car last two years, the okada guy just joined the major road from a street recklessly without even looking out to see if there's an incoming vehicle. That was how he made the innocent guy a murderer.

It will take the grace of God for you a private car owner to go out to work and return 365days with hitting any of them.

This is one of the dangers of living in this country. People without proper training driving motorised vehicles that are most often than not not road worthy on roads that are not fit to call motor way.

All these tipper, caterpillar and trailer drivers are terrible people when they are behind their steering.
