The curfew is to checkmate the planned invasion by security agencies on the town. The people can see clearly who is attacking them when no one is on the road.
I will ask able bodied youths to also vacate the town temporarily to other places so that what happened in Obigbo will not befall them wherein Fulani soldiers entered homes, dragged them out, and shot many of them.
hahaha Soldiers cannot enter streets if not invited by the state government. Gov. Makide is afraid of taking that step like what Wike did in obigbo, rivers state.

If Yorubas are wise, they should reject and retire all the politicians who stood aside while these murderous bastards butchered their people in cold blood. The Yoruba tribe should just inaugurate fresh leaders to take over from these worn out betrayers.

You and your fellow yorubas voted buhari despite what happened under lam adeshina. If it was an lgbo man who went to confront lam adeshina, would you vote him.

You were expecting buhari die and a repeat of the yaradua Jonathan saga but this time with yorubas as the beneficiary but God said no

Buhari hand must touch everyone

The hypocrisy of people like this. were there no Igbo card card-carrying members of APC in 2015? Were they not in their millions? Did they not vote Buhari as their party presidential flag-bearer? Such hypocrisy and dishonesty of these people.

No part of Nigeria can withstand the aggression of the Fulanis. They are not different from Boko Haram. They don't retreat, they dont get tired and they don't surrender. They have successfully carried out attack in SW, SE & SS (especially Delta state, Home of the militants).

Who is trying to change your mind grin grin

Some people just like to talk foolish. When Igbos will leave, it will happen, they will leave and nothing anybody can do about it. Just don't start early now to secure your own lands and boundaries until you have nothing left that you can truly call CORE YORUBA that's when you realize cowardice is not the way out, when your enemy refuses to let you go, look at what God had to do to Pharaoh before he finally let Israelites go, if not that God told Moses and men of Israel that he will fight the battle HIMSELF, God himself had to punish Pharaoh and his entire Nation with direct confrontation and plague, he tells them he will do this and does it exactly how he says he will do it and nothing stops him, normally God will follow Israelites to battle and the men would actually have to FIGHT and God will help them, but in the case of Moses GOD himself had to FIGHT for them, to the extent of throwing down food from the sky, and dividing SEA, people like you in those days would still say stupid things like this back then... and encourage pharoah to pursue grin Just because you can't afford to stay on your own. What did IPOB do aside let us go? Today it's all over the news that Fulani herdsmen are raping your sisters and your mothers, I just read one on front page that they shot one woman and her mother in the head and mouth... continue to live in ignorance, all the things we thought were impossible are all happening nowadays, one day it will be LAGOS the least place you think cattle can move on the streets. Just wait... Continue to live in folly.
wink

blabla....then its war it is then....go get biafra from the nigerian army....

When herdsmen terrorism started, the federal government ignored it and allowed them to freely carry out their atrocities. Now different groups are rising up in self defense with individuals and groups issuing ultimatum left right and center. The government wont be able to handle this one.

This kolanut is for you nwanne. We warned them but they didn't listen rather they called us wailers. Today who is wailing?

Yorubas don't wail, they take actions when they dim it needed. When the excesses of the Fulanis' near it climax, in less than 2weeks, two quit our land ultimatum were given, one by a governor under the party of the grand patron of the Fulani terrorists (Bubu) the other by just an ordinary son of the land (Igboho). The ultimatum were backed with actions not just online rantings. That is the hallmark of bravery that distinguishes the Yorubas from other tribes.

Yorubas by default do not like trouble...They prefer peace and like to do their " faaji" and celebrate life. But if trouble comes looking for them, they will welcome trouble and give it such a nice time that next time it will think twice before looking for them.

That is why people falsely assume that theybare cowards until everything set then you will know that they are not nice...especially over land matter.

We remembered how we used to live as brothers as sisters in our darling nation with these same Fulani herdsmen.
The times we gave water and food to herdsmen journeying across the nation as they go on their business peacefully,
Just with their sticks for their cattles and kettles for their prayers.
May it never be well with troublemakers in our darling nation.
May it never be well with all evil herdsmen and all their sponsors.

Below is how the short fused bastard started fuelling what is happening now since last year.
All they want is chaos in our darling nation,
All because they lost an election and the key to the National Treasury was taken from them.

Patience is part of the great philosophy of Yoruba spiritual tradition. But not at the risk of losing your lives. You really have to push a Yoruba man to the wall before he will turn on you. But once he decide to turn on you, forget story, he will win the fight because he has arsenal of tools to do so.

Read part of a published article:

"The Yoruba people of the Southwest Nigeria have long developed a systematic way of thinking and articulating mannerism. This is a useful evidence of the dynamism of Yoruba culture. Yoruba culture is evident in the beliefs, values, customs, practices, and social behaviours of the people.

The philosophical tradition of the Yoruba had been so anchored on and entrenched in the concept of character development. The concept of character referred to by Yoruba as “IWA” is a set of qualities that make somebody distinctively interesting or attractive, especially somebody’s qualities of mind and feelings, somebody’s reputation. (Wiki,2013)

IWA (Character) is one of or perhaps the most important human endeavour taught within Ifa literary corpus and every Ifa stanza (ancient poetic verse) has one portion dedicated to the issue of teaching the IWA (Character/ Behaviour) that Ifa supports. This IWA, which Ifa teaches transcend religious doctrine, it is central to every human being, and imparts communal, social & civic responsibility that the Creator (Olodumare) supports. Central to this is the theme of righteousness and practicing good moral behaviour, not seeking for it in the community but becoming the Ambassador of IWA (Character).

Character reflects our values, ethics and morals thus, IWA reflects the cultural values, ethics and morals which defines Yoruba as a people.

The wellbeing of a society is grossly dependent on the peace and unity maintained by every individual component of the community while engaging in social interaction. Every individual which constitute a social player must at every point in time display acceptable values, ethics and morals that the society dictates. This is reflected in their character."
