If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Marketing and Communication Officer to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Job brief:
You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. We are currently recruiting for a Marketing and Communication Officer, you will be responsible for planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising. This role requires maintaining social media presence across all digital channels, Press release, blog, Articles & newsletters Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. And the ability to adapt current campaigns with current trends.

As a Marketing and Communication Officer, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

You should be able to collaborate with supporting teams such as programmers, and merchants to launch campaigns on time and on budget. You will be responsible for creating company press releases and blog posts.

Responsibilities:

* Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
* Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
* Collaborate with other teams, like marketing and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
* Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews (Collaborating with customer services).
* Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
* Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions, brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
* Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
* Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
* Design, build and maintain our social media presence
* Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
* Collaborate with agencies to promote Parapay.

Essential Requirements
* BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field.
* Proven working experience in digital marketing.

Desirable Requirements;
* Demonstrable experience leading and managing, marketing/ social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
* Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
* Excellent communication skills
* Analytical and multitasking skills

LOCATION: Candidate needs to be located in Abuja.
