US VISA BAN Lifted: Nigerians thank President Joe Biden by constancefriday(m): 1:28pm On Jan 27, 2021 |
The news of the lifting of the travel ban on Nigeria to the USA by new President: Dr Joe Biden was welcomed with much joy and celebration as many Folks who have trade relations with the USA and other important diplomatic connections find it relieving after a few moments of gasping for air. We hope things continue to go well between both countries. We wish President Joe Biden the best as he writes his name on a new chapter of history. Yours Sincerely, Apostle Constance C. Lol at the religious themed picture. I can't wait for the next hundred days when the media will nag the Biden administration on their poor/slow handling of the pandemic, opening the border to undesirables and the rise in crime from overburdening federal prisons. |

Nigerians will be happier if we are re-enlisted into the dv-visa lottery programme. The programme transformed the situation of so many poor families in Nigeria and gave them new hope. 1 Like 2 Shares |

Nigeria was never unlisted from the lottery program, the law has always been that any country that’s sends more than 50k permanent residents to the UK over the past 5 years will not be eligible so the only way for Nigeria to become eligible again is for fewer Nigerians to be granted permanent residence via family category. The reason is the program is to encourage diversity. Even Biden can’t change that. oz4real83: |

Got you, in the context of the thread it came across as you meant Nigerians will be happier if Biden re enlists Nigerians on the program. Anyway the good thing about Nigerians are not eligible is it means a lot more Nigerians are getting Green cards through other means such as family routes. oz4real83: |
