Blame the governor or local government. This is absolutely not a senator's job. If a senator is to attract FG attention, it is usually to major projects, not random community health centers which are under states.

That state is in a horrible condition, went there December and I wept. Yet there are billboards erected begging him to contest for presidency, people have no conscience just because of money.
