Presently, I'm experiencing a challenge with my paypal. I have been using my paypal to pay for a monthly subscription using my Stanbic Ibtc card. However for about two months now the transaction have been declined. I had to visit my bank and make a formal complaint, but i was informed that there is a change in CBN policy that is why my transaction have been declined. Alternatively, I tried linking my GTB naira master card, but transaction was also declined. I have opened a domiciliary account with Stanbic Ibtc and linked my domiciliary card successfully. I have tried the transaction again with my domiciliary card, but transaction was declined. I have contacted my bank and their response is that paypal is sending a POS request rather than a web transaction. Has anyone gone through similar challenge and how was it resolved. Thanks
