Huawei has never been the same after the problem with the U.S.
The Samsung A series aren't worth their price,their build quality is poorer than the M,S,Note and J series
The only reason you should prefer a UK used/refurbished IPhone7 to a Redmi note 9s is if you worship the apple logo

The best phone you can get with 100k will always be a Xiaomi device.

The note 9t is not available in Nigeria unless you want to order from AliExpress then that'll be your best bet or you just go for note 9s.
