Marketing Manager Vacancy!

MyMedicalBank is a health technology company with a vision to revolutionise access to health information in Nigeria and across Africa through creating digital solutions that connect consumers with healthcare providers, health information and their health records from their smartphone.
We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to expand our clientele and increase our revenue.

Job Summary
• Increase the number of paid users of MyMedicalBank digital products.
• Expand MyMedicalBank market reach nationwide.

Location
Ikeja, Lagos State with additional requirements for remote working.

Remuneration
Negotiable depending on experience with performance bonus added to encourage enterprise.

Responsibilities
1. Work with management to implement the company’s marketing roadmap
2. Generate leads and close deals on a continuous basis from within and outside Nigeria
3. Recruit, manage and train a team of marketers
4. Mobilise, train and manage freelance marketers
5. Create strategic partnerships to drive market expansion
6. Produce regular performance reports

Person Specifications
1. Experience of marketing software and digital products successfully
2. Verifiable track record of generating appreciable income from marketing digital product
3. Excellent oral, written and presentation communications skills.
4. Ability to plan own workload and that of team members ahead daily, weekly and monthly
5. Ability to produce accurate and timely marketing reports for senior management
6. Ability to drive and owning a current driver’s license will be of great advantage
7. Friendly and sociable personality
8. OND/HND/Degree in any discipline
