Position: Customer Experience officer
Location: Sangotedo-Ajah, Lagos

We are a Real Estate company looking to hire an intelligent, proactive, passionate, and professional Customer Experience Officer to manage and resolve all customer queries, complaints and recommend solutions.
To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and must be competent in the use of MS Excel and CRM software.

Responsibilities
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
