Roles:
1.Drive the HR policies.
2.Drive the implementation of collective agreements.
3.Interpret and enforce the condition of service /statutory duties.
4.Manage the recruitment and selection process.
5.Coordinate employment training and development.
6.Monitor payroll preparation and review prior to approval.
7.Implement the performance review process.
8.Ensure employee exit formalities
9.Support the VP-HR department objectives.
